For a great late night treat, I whip up this snack mix. The blend of the fruit and nuts is so delicious!Donna Brockett, Kingfisher, Oklahoma Ingredients:
1 cup sunflower kernels |
1 cup pecan halves |
1 cup whole salted cashews |
1 cup salted peanuts |
1 cup raisins |
1 cup (6 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips |
1 cup creamy peanut butter or butterscotch chips |
1 cup coarsely chopped dried apricots |
3/4 cup coarsely chopped dried peaches or apples |
1/2 cup dried cranberries |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Store in an airtight container. Yield: 8 cups. |
