This is definately one of my favorite recipes. It takes less then five minutes to make and it is really yummy! YOU CAN MAKE YOUR OWN FLAVORS TOO DEPENDING ON WHAT FRUITS YOU USE!!! Ingredients:
1 cup plain fat-free yogurt |
3/4 cup nonfat milk |
1 cup frozen fruit, of your choice |
2 tablespoons vanilla powdered soy protein concentrate |
Directions:
1. Pour milk into blender. 2. add yogurt, fruit and protein powder. 3. blend until a shake is smooth. 4. add more frozen fruit if the shake is too liquidy. |
