Ingredients:
fruit (grapes, watermelon balls, canalope balls, strawberry halves, etc.)
1 cup plain yogurt
1/2 medium banana
4 teaspoons honey
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions:
1. Alternately thread fruit onto skewers.
2. For dip, combine yogurt, banana, honey, and cinnamon in a blender and process until smooth.
