I have not tried this recipe. I got this recipe from Obesity Help.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons unflavored protein powder (1 scoop)
1/2 cup skim milk or 1/2 cup water
5 frozen unsweetened strawberries
2 frozen peaches, no added sugar
1/4 cup canned pineapple in juice (or light syrup)
4 ice cubes or 1/2-1 cup crushed ice
Directions:
1. Mix in blender.
2. Enjoy.
