Marilyn Baumgartner sends this light dessert recipe from her home in Ossian, Indiana. âIt has a sweet taste that makes a gal feel like sheâs cheating on her diet,â she confirms. Ingredients:
2 cups (16 ounces) fat-free reduced-sugar vanilla yogurt |
1 package (1 ounce) sugar-free instant white chocolate or vanilla pudding mix |
1 carton (8 ounces) frozen reduced-fat whipped topping, thawed |
1 can (20 ounces) unsweetened pineapple tidbits, drained |
1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained |
1/2 cup halved seedless red grapes |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, whisk the yogurt and pudding mix for 2 minutes or until thickened. Fold in whipped topping. Fold in the fruit. Refrigerate until serving. Yield: 12 servings. |
