Fruit Filled Tortilla Roll Ups |

Yummy and quick dessert. Easier than pie! Ingredients:
8 flour tortillas |
1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine |
2 cups water |
1 (21 ounce) can pie filling, any flavor, cherry, peach and apple are great |
1 1/2 cups sugar, divided |
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Fill tortillas with pie filling and place folded side down in a greased 9x13 pan. 2. Bring 1 cup sugar, water and margarine or butter to a boil and pour over tortillas. 3. Sprinkle top with 1/2 cup sugar mixed with the cinnamon. 4. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. 5. Let stand before serving to allow the filling to thicken. |
