An easy-to-make dip for fresh strawberries, melons, apples, etc. Great summer munchie! Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups sour cream |
1/4 cup shredded coconut |
8 ounces canned crushed pineapple, well drained |
2 tablespoons powdered sugar |
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg |
Directions:
1. Mix all together in a bowl. 2. Chill about 1 hour and serve w/ freah fruit dippers or graham crackers. |
