A great addition to a brunch or lunch. Ingredients:
3 tablespoons dry tapioca |
1/4 cup sugar |
1 dash salt |
1 cup water |
1 (6 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate |
1 1/2 cups water |
2 oranges, cut into bite size pieces |
2 bananas, sliced |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 cup raspberries or 1 cup strawberry |
Directions:
1. Combine first 4 ingredients. Bring to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly. Add orange concentrate and water. Chill, then add fruit and lemon juice. |
