Fruit cubes added to lemonade, lemon-lime soda, club soda or sparkling water, provide a refreshing, surprising twist.
Ingredients:
3 cups fresh peaches or 3 cups plums or 3 cups nectarines, pitted and sliced (approximately four peaches or nectarines or eight plums required.)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Directions:
1. Combine fruit and lemon juice in a blender and puree.
2. Pour into ice cube trays and freeze.
