This is from the 2003 Chrisco calendar. It looks simple and yummy. Ingredients:
1 (400 g) can boysenberries |
1 (400 g) can sliced apples |
75 g butter |
2 tablespoons honey |
3 weet-bix, crushed |
1 cup muesli |
Directions:
1. Combine boysenberries and applesin a casserole dish. 2. Melt honey and butter on low heat. Stir. 3. Combine Weetbix and muesli together and add liquid, combine thoroughly. 4. Cover fruit with the mixture, and bake at 180C for 30 minutes. 5. Serve with whipped cream, yoghurt, or ice cream. |
