Just Mix, pour and bake... Very simple like that, but delicious as a dessert.
Ingredients:
1 lb. sour red pitted cherries (can)
1/3 cup margarine, melted sprinkling of nutmeg and cinnamon
1 cup flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
1. Empty cherries into 9 pie pan.
2. Mix together crumbly the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and egg, sprinkle over cherries.
3. Pour margarine over all and top with nutmeg and cinnamon.
4. Bake in mod. oven (350F) for 45 minutes.
5. Serve warm
