Quick, simple and easy crepe for dessert. I used mango sorbet instead of ice cream which makes it less milky taste. Any fruits will do. I chose banana because I am a banana freak. ;) Ingredients:
70g flour, shifted |
25g icing sugar, shifted |
1 egg |
150g milk/soy milk |
15g melted butter |
a banana cut into slices |
some ice cream/sorbet |
Directions:
1. Make sure to shift the flour and icing sugar into a bowl. 2. Add in egg, milk and butter and mix well. 3. Heat a pan with some butter. (Very little amount) 4. Pour a tbsp of mixture into the pan and swirl it to cover the entire pan. Add a little more if your pan is bigger. 5. Cook until brown and turn over and brown the other side. 6. In a plate, add your choice of fruit (banana) and scoop in 1-2 scoop of ice cream (sorbet) into the crepe. 7. Arrange and decorate. 8. TIP: Make sure the crepe is really thin for the crunchy effect. Swirl the pan as soon as the mixture is dropped into the pan. |
