A fruity alcholic punch for summer. To serve as a non-alcoholic puch just elimiate the bourbon and use ginger ale in place of the club soda. Recipe source: Bon Appetit (May 1982) Ingredients:
1 (6 fluid ounce) can frozen pineapple concentrate, unthawed |
2 bananas, peeled and cut into pieces |
1 cup ice cube |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1 1/2 cups club soda |
2/3 cup bourbon |
Directions:
1. Combine first 4 ingredients (pineapple juice - sugar) in a blender or food processor and blend into smooth. 2. Transfer to a chilled pitcher and stir in soda and bourbon. |
