2 1/2 cups water |

4 slices lemon rind |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1/2 cup caster sugar |
2 tablespoons honey |
200 g dried pears |
200 g dried apricots |
200 g dried peaches |
200 g dried apples |
Directions:
1. Place everything but fruit in pot. 2. Stir over moderate heat till sugar dissolves. 3. Increase heat, bring to the boil;. 4. Strain and pour over dried fruit. 5. Cover and refrigerate. |
