Great breakfast or anytime drink, my kids made this one up :) Ingredients:
1 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt |
1 banana |
1 can fruit cocktail (drained- or your choice) |
1/4 cup seedless grapes |
1 cup tropicana strawberry-orange juice |
ice cube, 1 tray |
Directions:
1. blend till smooth. 2. can be frozen for a snack. |
