Great breakfast or anytime drink, my kids made this one up :)
Ingredients:
1 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
1 banana
1 can fruit cocktail (drained- or your choice)
1/4 cup seedless grapes
1 cup tropicana strawberry-orange juice
ice cube, 1 tray
Directions:
1. blend till smooth.
2. can be frozen for a snack.
