Recipe from the kitchen of Sharon Johnson Ingredients:
2 cups flour |
1 cup sugar |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
2 teaspoons baking soda |
1 (15 ounce) can fruit cocktail |
1/2 cup brown sugar |
chopped nuts |
1/2 cup butter |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 cup sugar |
1 small can milk (5 oz. carnation or 1/2 cup milk) |
Directions:
1. Mix and put in cake pan. 2. Then put 1/2 c brown sugar, chopped nuts (as many as desired). 3. Bake at 325 30-40 minutes. 4. Frosting: Pour over cake while hot. |
