The coconut adds a special sweetness to this bread. This is a great dessert bread(toasted) with ice cream and your favorite toppings. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups fruit cocktail (do not drain) |
2 tablespoons vegetable oil |
1/4 cup fruit juice concentrate |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup coconut flakes |
2 cups whole wheat flour |
2 cups bread flour |
2 teaspoons yeast |
Directions:
1. Add ingredients according to manufacturers recommendations. 2. Cycle should be on white or sweet. 3. Setting should be on light to medium. |
