3/4 cup green seedless grapes |
3 apricots, cut into eighths |
3 dried figs, sliced medium thick |
1/2 pound mixed greens |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
3 ounces gorgonzola cheese (or goat cheese) |
1/4 pound turkey breast, sliced, cut into bite-sized pieces |
1 salt and pepper to taste |
1 extra virgin olive oil to taste |
Directions:
1. Toss all ingredients, except cheese, together. 2. Top with goat or gorgonzola cheese |
