No Flour, mostly Nuts and Fruits, what more can I say... so good! From Recipe Club on the Net. Ingredients:

1 1/2 c. shelled whole brazil nuts |
1 (7 1/4 oz.) pkg. whole dates |
1/2 c. maraschino cherries (red) |
1/2 c. maraschino cherries (green) |
1 1/2 c. whole walnuts |
2/3 c. candied pineapple |
1/2 c. dark raisins |
put all above ingredients in a bowl. then measure and sift the following ingredients over fruit and nuts |
1/2 tsp. baking powder |
3/4 c. sugar (i use half splenda) |
1/2 tsp. salt mix well. |
then beat |
3 eggs and add. |
add |
1 teaspoon vanilla. |
pour over fruit and nuts. |
Directions:
1. Pour over fruit and nuts. 2. Spoon into pans. Bake 1 3/4 hours or until done in a 325 degree oven. (Less time needed if smaller pans are used.) |
