Holiday fruit cake cookies. Ingredients:
1/2 cup brown sugar |
1/4 cup butter |
2 eggs, well beaten |
shot of whiskey |
1 lb. candied cherries |
1/2 cup mixed candied fruit |
1 1/2 cup flour |
1 1/2 tsp bakind soda dissolved in 1 1/2 tbsp of milk |
1 lb or 1 qt pecans |
1/2 tsp nutmeg |
1/2 tsp cinnamon |
1/2 tsp allspice |
Directions:
1. Mix everything together well with hands.
2. Drop on cookie sheet.
3. Bake at 350 degrees.
