Made with fresh, frozen or soaked-dried fruit...whatever you happen to have Ingredients:
3 tablespoons butter |
1/3 cup sugar |
1 egg |
1 cup flour |
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder |
3/4 cup milk |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon almond flavoring |
2 cups fruit (your choice) |
Directions:
1. In a buttered 8 baking dish, put 2 cups of fruit with sugar to taste. 2. Over it, pour the batter, mixed in the order given above. 3. Bake 350F 30 minutes. 4. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream. |
