Ran out of fruit, so, I tried something new with my protein powder - turned into a really yummy healthy breakfast or lunch Ingredients:
1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder (i use jillian michael's) |
1 fat free greek yogurt (i use chobani fruit flavored) |
1/4 cup water |
5 -6 ice cubes |
Directions:
1. Dump in blender. 2. Mix. |
