An excellent smoothie to help the immune system to stay healthy. Enjoy it. Ingredients:
1 cup apple juice |
1 cup sliced apple (use sweet apples) |
1/4 cup applesauce |
1/2 cup carrot, sliced |
1/2 cup cucumber, peeled and sliced |
2 cups ice |
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Blend the apples with veggies until smooth. Add ice and ground cinnamon and serve cold. |
