An excellent smoothie to help the immune system to stay healthy. Enjoy it.
Ingredients:
1 cup apple juice
1 cup sliced apple (use sweet apples)
1/4 cup applesauce
1/2 cup carrot, sliced
1/2 cup cucumber, peeled and sliced
2 cups ice
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions:
1. Blend the apples with veggies until smooth. Add ice and ground cinnamon and serve cold.
