A little mish-mosh of everything, this can be eaten by one peron, but it's a ton of food, and you'll be stuffed silly. This is meant more as a light dinner. Ingredients:
1 carrot, sliced |
1 celery stalk, sliced |
1/2 oz mozzarella cheese, cubed |
1/2 oz colby cheese, cubed |
1 apple, sliced |
1/4 cup red grapes |
1/4 cup green grapes |
1/4 cup black olives |
1/4 cup dry roasted peanuts |
Directions:
1. Arrange on a platter and enjoy. Can be put with your favorite dip, if need be. |
