Ingredients:
1/2 pineapple, peeled and chopped |
1 banana, peeled and sliced |
1 cup strawberries, quartered |
1/2 cup soft tofu (1 block) |
1 cup whole milk |
2 tablespoons honey |
1/2 lime, juiced |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients together in a blender and puree until smooth. Serve immediately. |
