                    Always wondered why my Raby is crazy about his early morning snack , the romaine lettuce . So , I finally decided to find out and the result is here .... Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                2 medium fresh romaine lettuce , leaves washed and separated  |  
                                                2 tbsp mangoes , diced  |  
                                                2 tbsp cubed jack fruit  |  
                                                2 tbsp cubed apricot  |  
                                                2 tbsp dark raisins  |  
                                                12 shrimps , peeled , washed with tail intact and blanched for 1 min  |  
                                                mango sauce  |  
                                                2 tbsp mango pulp , puree and sieve , 1 tbsp mayo and 1 tbsp orange juice concentrate mixed  |  
                                                ( or can use ur fave sauce )  |
