                    Filling for the calories, and nutritious. I like to freeze and reheat and put light whipped cream on top! Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1 1/2 cups quick oats  |  
                                                1/4 cup steel cut oats  |  
                                                1/4 cup oat bran  |  
                                                1 teaspoon baking soda  |  
                                                1 teaspoon salt  |  
                                                1 cup nonfat milk  |  
                                                2 eggs  |  
                                                3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce  |  
                                                1/4 cup sugar  |  
                                                1/2 teaspoon cinnamon  |  
                                                1 teaspoon vanilla extract  |  
                                                2 cups fresh fruit  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Mix wet and dry ingredients separately (except the fruit). 2. Combine all ingredients except fruit and mix well. 3. Bake in a greased 9x13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. 4. Mix in fruit and bake 15-20 minutes longer. 5.
