                    This is a very healthy snack bar, very tasty - Good for the lunchboxes!! Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1 cup splenda brown sugar blend  |  
                                                1 cup smooth peanut butter  |  
                                                1 pinch salt  |  
                                                1/3 cup evaporated milk  |  
                                                1/3 cup finely grated chocolate  |  
                                                1 cup muesli  |  
                                                2/3 cup wheat germ  |  
                                                1/2 cup dried fruit (yellow and golden raisins, dried cranberries, and dried apples)  |  
                                                1/2 cup unsalted nuts (cashewsm walnuts, almonds and hazelnuts)  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. In a suacepan over medium heat, mix Splenda, peanut butter, salt and evaporated mik; stir frequently for about 5 minutes until ingredients are properly mixed and remove from heat. 2. Add grated dark chocolate and stir well; set aside once chocolate has melted. 3. In a large bowl, mix remaining ingredients and add chocolate mixture. Mix well until mixture forms a sticky paste. 4. Pour into a prepared 8-inch pan lined wiht plastic wrap. 5. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Remove from pan and cut into individal bars.                              |
