Fruit and Mallow Coleslaw

A fav summer salad
Ingredients:
2 cups grated cabbage
1/2 cup drained crushed pineapple (juice reserved)
1/2-1 cup miniature marshmallow (your choice)
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 cup mayonnaise
pineapple juice (just enough to thin)
Directions:
1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl.
2. Mix mayonnaise and reserved juice in a separate bowl.
3. Pour as much over salad as needed.
4. Toss well to mix.
