Woman's Day Pasta Cookbook, June 1997 Ingredients:
2 large bananas, sliced |
8 oz. cubed baked ham |
2 cups cooked macaroni, cooled |
1 cup celery, sliced |
1 cup seedless red grapes, halved |
1/4 cup sliced green onions |
1/4 cup plus 1 tbsp nonfat or reduced fat mayonnaise |
2 tbsp chili sauce |
2 tbsp lemon juice |
Directions:
1. In large bowl, combine bananas, ham, macaroni, celery, grapes and green onions. 2. Stir together mayonnaise, chili sauce, and lemon juice. Pour dressing over salad. Mix well. |
