A light fruit salad with a little twist, cheese. A great dish for a gathering or a family meal.
Ingredients:
2-6 ounce cartons low fat french vanilla yogurt
1/3 cup light mayonnaise
2 tablespoons honey
2 cups shredded colby cheese (reduced fat is fine)
2 cups diced apples, unpeeled
1 cup seedless grapes, halved
1/2 cup fresh strawberries, halved
1/2 cup fresh whole blueberries
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
Directions:
1. Combine the yogurt, mayonnaise and honey.
2. Stir until smooth.
3. Add the cheese, fruit and walnuts to the yogurt mixture and mix to coat evenly.
4. Refrigerate 1 hour or more until chilled
