Frozen Yogurt With Rum-Raisin Sauce |

The sauce can be made in advance and reheated in the microwave. Place it in a 2-cup glass measure; microwave at high 1 minute or until heated, stirring every 30 seconds. Ingredients:
1/3 cup packed brown sugar |
2 tablespoons water |
1 tablespoon stick margarine |
1 1/2 tablespoons all-purpose flour |
1 1/4 cups 2% low-fat milk |
1/3 cup raisins |
1/2 teaspoon rum flavoring |
3 cups low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt |
Directions:
1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat; cook 3 minutes or until margarine melts, stirring occasionally. Combine flour and milk in a small bowl; stir with a whisk. Add milk mixture and raisins to pan, and stir well. Cook 5 minutes or until thick, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in rum flavoring. Serve over frozen yogurt. |
