Ingredients:
6 cups ice cubes, slightly crushed |
3 cups cubed ripe pineapple |
1 cup dark rum |
1/4 cup honey |
1 cup light coconut milk |
1 cup fresh orange juice |
1 cup fresh pineapple juice |
lime wedges |
pineapple chunks |
orange wedges |
mango slices |
4 bamboo skewers, soaked in water |
cocktail umbrellas |
Directions:
1. Place the crushed ice in a blender. Add the pineapple cubes, dark rum, honey, coconut milk, orange juice and pineapple juice to the blender. Pulse until the mixture reaches a slushie consistency, about 15 seconds or pulses. Skewer the garnishes on the soaked bamboo skewers. 2. Serve the slushie in chilled glasses with fruit skewers and top with umbrellas. |
