Quick and easy to make, and great for company
Ingredients:
1 (1/4 ounce) envelope unflavored gelatin
2 tablespoons cold water
1 cup tomato juice
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon garlic salt
1 dash salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Soften gelatin in cold water. Place over hot water until gelatin dissolves.
2. Combine all the ingredients.
3. Mix well.
4. Pour into an ice-cube tray.
5. Freeze.
6. Serve frozen cubes on a bed of lettuce.
