Quick and easy to make, and great for company Ingredients:
1 (1/4 ounce) envelope unflavored gelatin |
2 tablespoons cold water |
1 cup tomato juice |
1 cup mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
1 tablespoon garlic salt |
1 dash salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Soften gelatin in cold water. Place over hot water until gelatin dissolves. 2. Combine all the ingredients. 3. Mix well. 4. Pour into an ice-cube tray. 5. Freeze. 6. Serve frozen cubes on a bed of lettuce. |
