Ingredients:
sugar, for rim |
4 mint leaves, minced, plus sprigs for garnish |
4 pieces lime, rind removed |
1 1/4 ounces rum (recommended: bacardi limon) |
3/4 -ounce mojito mix syrup (available online) |
1 cup ice cubes |
1 lime, cut into wedges, for garnish |
Directions:
1. Rim glass with sugar and minced mint leaves. In a blender combine all ingredients with ice until thick. Pour into glass. Garnish with lime wedge and a mint sprig. 2.
