Found on Frugal Antics of a Harried Homemaker. Very easy. Ingredients:
1 cup pumpkin |
8 ounces frozen whipped topping |
1 (3 1/2 ounce) package vanilla instant pudding mix, unmade |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 graham cracker crust |
Directions:
1. Thaw whipped topping. 2. Stir in remaining ingredients (not the crust). 3. Spoon into crust. 4. Freeze until firm. 5. Store leftovers in the freezer. |
