Found on Frugal Antics of a Harried Homemaker. Very easy.
Ingredients:
1 cup pumpkin
8 ounces frozen whipped topping
1 (3 1/2 ounce) package vanilla instant pudding mix, unmade
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 graham cracker crust
Directions:
1. Thaw whipped topping.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients (not the crust).
3. Spoon into crust.
4. Freeze until firm.
5. Store leftovers in the freezer.
