Quick and easy dessert for pistachio lovers Ingredients:
1 box instant pistachio pudding |
1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened |
3/4 cup milk |
1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust ( i usually bake it per instructions) |
1 small cool whip |
pistachios, chopped, for garnish |
Directions:
1. Mix pudding mix, ice cream and milk with mixer until smooth 2. Pour into pie crust 3. Freeze until firm 4. Top with cool whip 5. Sprinkle with chopped pistachios |
