FROZEN PINEAPPLE PIE This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Irvine Estate in Allen, Texas in 1994. Ingredients:
1 cup finely crushed graham crackers |
1/4 cup butter melted |
1/2 cup granulated sugar |
6 ounces frozen pineapple juice concentrate thawed |
14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk |
8 ounces frozen whipped topping thawed |
22 ounces pineapple tidbits drained |
1/4 cup flaked coconut |
Directions:
1. Combine graham crackers, butter and sugar then press mixture firmly into a pie pan. 2. Combine juice, condensed milk, whipped topping and pineapple. 3. Spoon over the crust and garnish with flaked coconut then chill several hours and serve. |
