Very simple cheesecake that tastes very good .esp if you like peppermint................ Ingredients:
1 1/2 - cups chocolate wafer crumbs |
1/4- cup sugar |
2- 8 ounces cream cheese |
1 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk |
1 -cup hard peppermint candies ......crushed... |
2 - cups whipping cream |
rich hot fudge sauce |
Directions:
1. Mix together wafer crumbs, sugar, and butter........... 2. press into bottom of a 9 inch springform pan........set aside 3. beat cream cheese until very creamy 4. gradually add condensed milk, beating until smooth.......... 5. stir in crushed candy 6. beat whipping cream until soft peaks form 7. gently fold into the cream cheese mixture 8. pour into prepared pan....... 9. cover and freeze for 6 hours or until firm 10. gently run a knife around the edge of the cheesecake to release sides of pan 11. serve slices with hot fudge sauce..........yummm........ 12. serves 8-10.........depending on size .... less if your really hungry .lol |
