I got this from the top of a container of whipped topping. Creamy, nutty and chock full of flavor, this pie can be assembled in less than 10 minutes Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened |
3/4 cup chunky peanut butter |
1 cup powdered sugar |
1/2 cup milk |
1 (8 ounce) carton frozen extra creamy whipped topping, defrosted |
9 inches graham cracker crust |
Directions:
1. In medium size bowl with electric mixer, beat cream cheese on low speed until soft and fluffy. 2. Mix in peanut butter and sugar until incorporated. 3. Slowly add milk, beating until well blended. 4. Fold in Safeway Extra Creamy Whipped Topping. 5. Spoon into pie crust, mounding the top. 6. Freeze until firm. 7. When solid, cover with foil. (Pie may be frozen for several weeks). 8. Remove from freezer 10 to 15 minutes before serving. |
