Simply peanut butter pie recipe. I use low-fat versions of the ingredients to lower the calorie count and make my own low-fat graham cracker crust. Ingredients:
1 cup peanut butter |
8 ounces cream cheese, softened |
1/3 cup sugar |
1/2 cup milk |
1.75 (4 ounce) cool whip |
6 ounces graham cracker crust |
Directions:
1. Blend peanut butter, cream cheese and sugar. Gradually beat in milk. Fold in Cool Whip. |
