From Louise Haglers Tofu Cookery. The original recipe called for 1/2 cup honey. Use liquid sub in place if you do not consume honey. Ingredients:
1 (9 inch) pie crusts, baked |
1 lb silken tofu |
3/4 cup peanut butter |
1/2 cup agave nectar or 1/2 cup honey |
1/4 cup oil |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Blend the ingredients in a blender until smooth. 2. Pour into pie shell. 3. Freeze. 4. When ready to eat? Thaw for 10 minutes and serve. |
