This is one smoothie recipe where I do use a dairy product. It reminds me of a 50-50 bar in a glass. Ingredients:
6 ounces frozen orange juice concentrate |
1 1/2 cups milk |
1/2 cup water |
1/8 cup sugar |
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla |
6 -8 ice cubes |
Directions:
1. Pour all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth. 2. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy. |
