This is one smoothie recipe where I do use a dairy product. It reminds me of a 50-50 bar in a glass.
Ingredients:
6 ounces frozen orange juice concentrate
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup water
1/8 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
6 -8 ice cubes
Directions:
1. Pour all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth.
2. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy.
