This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Victor Estate in Allen, Texas in 1981. Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese softened |
1 cup sour cream |
1/3 cup granulated sugar |
1 tablespoon grated lemon rind |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
1 cup fresh blackberries |
1 cup fresh blueberries |
1 cup fresh raspberries |
2 cups fresh strawberries sliced |
lettuce leaves as garnish |
Directions:
1. Beat cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, lemon rind and salt in large bowl until smooth. 2. Mix in fruit then spread in rectangular baking dish and freeze 8 hours or overnight. 3. Let stand at room temperature until softened enough to cut then cut into squares. 4. Serve on lettuce lined plates. |
