Ingredients:
2 cups chopped honeydew melon, frozen solid |
2 jiggers (3 ounces) light rum |
1/4 cup midori |
2 teaspoons fresh lime juice |
Directions:
1. In a blender, purée the melon with rum, Midori and lime juice, scraping the sides occasionally, until the mixture is smooth but still frozen. Divide the mixture between 2 stemmed glasses. |
