Light, cool drink for those hot summer nights. From Secrets of the Spas by Catherine Bardey. Ingredients:
1/2 cantaloupe, diced and frozen |
1/2 cup apricot nectar, bottled or canned |
1 teaspoon honey |
1/2 cup chopped ice |
banana, slice (to garnish) |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in blender except banana. 2. Blend until smooth. 3. Pour into a glass and garnish with slice of banana. |
