Frozen Maraschino Singapore Sling |

Ingredients:
2 ponies (2 ounces) gin |
1 pony (1 ounce) kirsch |
1 teaspoon benedictine |
1 teaspoon cognac |
3 maraschino cherries |
2 tablespoons maraschino cherry juice |
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice |
1 teaspoon sugar |
1/4 cup club soda or seltzer |
2 teaspoons chilled ruby port |
Directions:
1. In a blender, blend together gin, kirsch, Benedictine, cognac, cherries, cherry juice, lime juice, sugar, club soda and 2 cups cracked ice, scraping down the sides occasionally, until the mixture is smooth but still frozen. Divide the mixture between 2 stemmed glasses, and spoon the Port over the drinks. |
