1/2 mango, peeled and stoned |
1 teaspoon lime juice |
1 teaspoon powdered sugar |
2 ounces white rum |
crushed ice |
Directions:
1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and process with a small scoop of crushed ice until smooth. 2. Serve in a large glass and garnish with slices of ripe mango. |
