This is from Robin Miller. Looks so easy and so quick! Freezes for up to 3 months :) Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) container frozen non-dairy topping, thawed slightly |
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk |
1/2 cup fresh lime juice |
1 prepared graham cracker pie crust |
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, combine the whipped topping, condensed milk, and lime juice until blended smooth. 2. Spoon mixture into the graham cracker crust and smooth the surface. 3. Freeze until firm, at least 30 minutes. |
