Ingredients:
1 cup ginger/lemon simple syrup, recipe follows |
1 cup vodka |
1 cup lemon juice |
4 cups ice |
lemon wedges, for garnish |
1 cup water |
1 cup sugar |
1 (4-inch) chunk ginger |
2 sprigs mint |
Directions:
1. Ginger Simple Syrup: 2. Add simple syrup to a blender. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and garnish with lemon. 3. For the syrup: 4. Bring water to a low simmer and stir until sugar dissolves. 5. Add ginger and mint and allow to steep for 20 minutes. Strain and chill. |
